EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

This Employment Agreement of Hiring is made as of this September 20, 2021 by and
between me Mhikylla Guevarra and you as my new employee, located at Chipeco Avenue,
Barangay 3, Calamba City, Laguna. The Business Owners of Nikka’s Garden Shop agree and
covenant will be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement as follows:
1. Selling Policy. Employer shall employ Employee as a one of official seller of Nikka’s
Garden Shop on a full time basis under this Agreement. In this capacity, Employee shall
have the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities:
 You have to be a responsible seller
 You must be familiarize with the ordinary ornamental plants, exotic orchids, clay
and plastic pots, garden and mixed soil, plant fertilizers that you are selling
 Be active online and always check our official inbox to see the orders of the
costumers
2. Pricing. Employers must adhere to the set price of ordinary ornamental plants, exotic
orchids, clay and plastic pots, garden and mixed soil, plant fertilizers and more. The
price list of the plants, soils and pots we sell will be given to you on the first day of your
employment.
3. Salary. As compensation for the services provided by Employee under this Agreement,
Employer will pay Employee ₱350. 00 per day.
Employee shall receive overtime compensation of ₱50.00 per hour for each hour
worked.
4. Additional Compensation.
 Employee shall be entitled to commission on each sale of plant.
 Employee may also be entitled to additional compensation for services rendered
under this Agreement.
Any additional compensation or bonuses paid to Employee shall be paid at the sole
discretion of Employer
