we’ve seen massive
developments in
technology. With time we’ve adapted to this change irrespective of whether we like this
change or not.

The purpose of technology is to reduce time, decrease human effort and increase
effectiveness, which is what we expect out of our businesses. We wish to reduce time in
our tasks, increase our profits and give the best possible service to our customers. In
order to do so, we must resolve our customer’s queries in the shortest time.
All this has resulted in the pursuit of achieving our goals in the shortest amount of time,
which eventually led to an ever-increasing pace of life.

Technology has made it possible to get a pizza delivered in under 30 mins to delivery of
essential goods in two hours from Amazon simply by the use of mobile applications. The
demands of the modern consumer are being facilitated through technology in a fast
paced and constantly changing world.

During the past 2 years we have seen it all. There was just one aim for all countries of
the world and that was to provide covid vaccine as soon as possible. A typical vaccine
formation takes about 2-3 year to develop and further many years to establish solid
results after multiple trials. But covid vaccine was developed within a year and was
made available in about 14 months for the end users without bypassing any trials. This
shows the potential of technology to develop vaccines at a rapid pace. So yes if it wasn’t
for such expeditious development we would have not been immuned.

We are in a time of using Virtual Assistants like Alexa, Siri, Cortana or Google Assistant
which make our lives easy. In a fraction of seconds and even without putting much effort,
we got the things done through them. In one of his latest keynotes, Alphabets company
CEO MR. Sundar Pichai explained that the google assistant was capable of doing
complex tasks like scheduling an appointment with the barber.
