Note:
You may also feel sorry when you can’t fulfill someone’s request.
 I’m sorry I can’t. I’m busy myself.
 I’m sorry, but I’m using it.
You can also say “sorry” to show sympathy.
 I’m sorry to hear that. I hope you can find it soon.
 I’m sorry about your father’s death.
