1. Student suggesting to not read a person's work because of reasoning that attacks the personal life
and experience of an individual instead of directly attacking how the work is good or bad. This
considered fallacy, losing the argument on the mere judgment of the person, not on the subject or
work being discussed. A person's life mistake should not be considered part of an open argument
to include on how good his work is.

2. Assuming a certain event, your opinion or own personal experience as a basis can be considered as
a fallacy. Some truths that are appealing and working for you may not work the same way with
others. In this case, stating that you're a good leader, just because others don't complain of your skills
does not prove that you are indeed one, especially if you're the only one to notice how fine your skills
are.

3. Stating opinions and certain truths that contradict your argument, using information that can mean
many different things depending on the usage can also be considered a fallacy. The case of stating
that laws imply lawgivers while also stating a possibility of a cosmic lawgiver basing on the truth on
the existence of laws in nature is contradicting ideas. We cannot simply say a term with vague
meaning, or set it in a general context then used it to specify a truth which is a contrast of the first
statement provided.

4. Some reasoning cannot be considered as a basis to do things you already set your mind to do. This
kind of act can be considered a fallacy given that the person used one reason which is not valid and
strong enough basis, so he can drink tonight. No good shows to watch, can't be just one of the
complex reasons why one person should drink tonight.

5. A person dropping a statement, with a strong claim that no evil exists in the world and then stating
that in some parts of the world it exists is considered a fallacy. It is contradicting claims and
statements and is considered inconsistent. Some listeners might point to you as a liar if you provided
this statement in one context. In providing a statement and claim, one should consider that facts
statement after statement should correspond to the whole point and idea of the argument.
