IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATE

1. You are provisionally admitted for Written Examination subject to eligibility conditions mentioned in the Notification.
2. Precautions for COVID-19:
Candidate must wear the mask while entering in to the Examination centre and inside the Examination centre and
candidate must bring his/her own transparent water bottle and hand sanitizer. Social distancing shall be maintained.
3. Where the Photo is not visible / not printed in this Hall Ticket, recent photo has to be affixed duly attested by the Head
Master concerned with school stamp / Gazetted Officer.
4. The candidate should be in the examination hall two hours before the commencement of the examination i.e. at 9.00
AM.
5. Hall Ticket shall be produced at the entrance of the test center and also in the Examination Hall, failing which the
candidate will not be allowed to write the test.
6. Candidate will not be admitted into the examination Hall once the test commences and will not be allowed to leave the
examination Hall till the END of the Examination.
7. Use Black / Blue Ball Point Pen Only
8. Carrying of Calculators, Mathematical Log Tables, Pagers, Cell Phones, any other electronic gadgets and loose
sheets of paper into the examination hall is strictly prohibited.
9. The candidate should verify thoroughly the Q.P Booklet Code, Booklet Code printed on the OMR answer sheet
and on the Photo Attendance sheet is one and the same.
10. The candidate should sign in the space provided on the OMR sheet and Photo Attendance Sheet.
11. OMR Answer Sheet will not be Valued if the candidate writes any irrelevant matter, symbols, religious marks, prayers or
identification marks on any part of OMR Answer Sheet as it amounts to malpractice. Rough work should NOT be done
on OMR answer sheet.
12. Candidate should handover the original OMR to the invigilator and failure to do so will make him/her liable for
criminal action. He/She can take carbon copy with him/her.
13. Hall Ticket must be preserved for future purpose.
