On 6-14-17 at approximately 1:30pm D/Sgt. Sparks made contact with via tx.
advised that he did call and report the threat to the Rothbury Festival and was unsure if it was credible or not
but felt he needed to report it. advised that he did not know at all but knew of
because of his work as a DJ and promoter. further stated that he was friends with on
Facebook but did not ever converse with her. stated that his relationship with was strictly
business because she is a patron that has gone to events that he either promoted or did DJ work for.
stated that he does not know any other way.

stated that he received a Facebook message from saying that was going to shoot
up the festival and then kill himself. stated that he did not know why would send him this message
other than because he is working at the Rothbury Festival in the sight operations area. Robert stated that
when he received the message from he replied back to her a couple of times and told her to call the
police but did not know if she did or not. stated that eventually blocked him from Facebook
contact but he did not know why. stated that he did not know if the threat was valid or not because he
did not know but believed that it may be possible made it up because of a recent breakup that he
heard she had with

stated that since this threat was made people have been talking about it. stated that he did hear
that had a ticket to the Rothbury Festival but did not know if did or not. stated that he did
not believe was working at the festival. advised that he believed that the day he received the
message from was the day he called the police.

D/Sgt. Sparks requested the messages he received from be copied and forwarded to him via
email. A conversation with Oceana County Prosecutor Bizon indicated that screenshots would be sufficient
evidence for this investigation.

On 6-14-17 at approximately 3:15pm D/Sgt. Sparks made contact with at her address of
. D/Sgt. Sparks introduced himself and advised that he was at her home investigating statements
that had been made online from her about and what he may do at the Rothbury Festival.
advised that she has a job working at Rothbury Festival and people have been talking a lot about things he
may do and that there had been talk about him doing a massacre up there. stated that she did not know
exactly what had been hat people were talking about. stated that she
did tell her friends that may cause a problem at the festival, but went on to say that did not say
anything to her about what he was going to do. D/Sgt. Sparks asked where a massacre at Rothbury
Festival comes together with stated she did not know.

D/Sgt. Sparks advised that she had to know because she was saying these things online. then
advised that she never sent a message saying that was planning a massacre. D/Sgt. Sparks asked
how it came to be that was going to do some horrible thing at
argument one night and then I was like really drunk and just telling everybody, you know, like I ended up
drinking one night D/Sgt. Sparks asked when this all happened. She advised that it was not this past
weekend but the weekend before. She stated that they got arguing and was mad at her threatening her
and her family. stated that after that she was out at the bar drinking and talking. D/Sgt. Sparks asked
what exactly she remembered saying. She stated she was talking about how tried to kill himself
and that her friends and family would be in the same area as him and this concerned her.

talking, just fucking talking shit because who knows, he is mentally unstable
mean D/Sgt. Sparks advised that is seemed that she did not believe he would do this, st

On 6-21-17 Tpr. Vandermolen from the MSP Rockford Post assisted D/Sgt. Sparks with locating and arresting
suspect on the outstanding warrant. She was lodged at Muskegon County Jail where she posted
bond and was released.

The warrant was canceled in LEIN 6-21-17 by Sgt. Hockanson of the MSP Hart Post.
