1. Differentiate aerobic, muscle strengthening and bone strengthening
activities?
Aerobic exercise or activities are done in order to regulate the proper aerobic metabolism of an
individual. It makes use of the free oxygen that our body has and in order to sufficiently meet
the demands of the level of energy necessary when doing exercise.  Muscle strengthening
activities, on the other hand, an individual to have a better command and grasp of their body
weights. By doing these activities, they would be able to strengthen their muscles and be able to
carry themselves. Lastly, bone strengthening activities aim to enhance the impact or force on
the human bones. Doing so would result to a healthy bone growth as well as strength .
2. How do these activities contribute to your overall health? Cite at least 5 benefits.

You have more energy – When you eat the right foods and exercise on a daily  basis, your metabolism
works faster and you have more natural energy.
You don’t have to visit the doctor – If you live healthier, you 're not  going to have to visit your doctor
so often.  This means that you save a lot of money on health care  costs and don't have to worry about
staying in a cold bed.
It prevents serious diseases – When you eat well, exercise, and follow all these other health tips, you
help the body  fight against the risk of developing diseases such as cancer, obesity, hypertension , heart
disease, etc.
You set a good example for your loved ones – When you're stuck in poor habits, it can really help  if you
see someone else make their healthy living a success.
It makes you more positive – Mental health is just as important and,  at times, more important than
physical health.  If the body feels safe and good, it will  naturally make us feel good and happy and
optimistic.  Through positivity, you can do whatever  you want and take on any challenge
