HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH INUKA

Only registered INUKA Members with an active Member Code can place an order to purchase INUKA Products.
We have several ways for you to place an order with INUKA:

1. SUBMIT AN ELECTRONIC ORDER FORM VIA EMAIL

The Electronic Order Form is available as a download on the SIMO Member Portal.
How to download the Electronic Order Form from SIMO onto your PC
• Login to your Member Profile on www.inuka.co.za. The login tab is found at the top right hand corner.
• Enter your Member Code and scroll down to “Click here to get your password”
• Follow the prompts to have your password sent to your cell number or email. Please note the password will be
sent to the cell number or email on our system. You will find the Electronic Order Form in the Downloads section.
• Download the Electronic Order Form on your PC. The excel document could prompt you to click on Enable
Editing and possibly also Enable Content.
• Start by typing in all the required information in the top section of the document. Then make sure to select from
the dropdown lists in the top section your applicable pricing as New or Established, your country and choice of
shipping. This is an important step to enable the document to do your calculations accurately.
• The next step is to type in the quantity of each product you want to order. The form will automatically calculate
your PV and payable totals.
• Once you have completed the form use the “Save As” option and save your order with the date in the
description (e.g. 17 March 2020). We suggest that each time you place an order you save your document
with date as a reference. This will enable you to email the correct document to us and to help you to keep the
template as a blank form for your next use.
• Email your order to INUKA and remember to attach your order form and proof of payment. You will find our
email information in page 2.

2. USE A PRINTED COPY OF THE ORDER FORM OR WRITE YOUR ORDER OUT ON A PIECE OF PAPER

• You can also download a printable copy of the Order Form from SIMO .
• With this option you will need to calculate your own PV’s and payable total carefully and manually. Always
recheck your order before submitting it to the INUKA Office to make sure that your calculations are correct and
that you have indicated all the required information: Your Name, Surname, Code, cell number, complete delivery
address and also if it is a perfume, lotion, bodywash, roll-on etc. Also clearly indicate if it is a male or female
product and how many of each you want to order.
• You can fax your order and proof of payment to one of the fax numbers as mentioned on page 2 or scan the
order form to one of the emails also mentioned on page 2.
OR
• You can take a clear photo of your order and proof of payment using your cell phone. It’s important to check the
photos to make sure they are clear and we will be able to read it. Once you have clear photos you can email or
WhatsApp your photos to the email or WhatsApp info mentioned on page 2.

3. TYPE OUT YOUR ORDER IN THE BODY OF AN EMAIL OR IN A WHATSAPP MESSAGE

• With this option you will also need to calculate your own PV’s and payable total carefully and manually. Always
recheck your order before submitting it to the INUKA Office to make sure that your calculations are correct and
that you have indicated all the required information: Your Name, Surname, Code, cell number, complete
delivery address and also if it is a perfume, lotion, bodywash, roll-on etc. Also clearly indicate if it is a male or
female product and how many of each you want to order.
For example:
o 2 x 200ml Billion for HER Female Lotions
o 1 x 150ml Tissue Oil Lavender
o 2 x 30ml Essential Oil Skin Clearing Oil
Put the total PV at the bottom and total amount being paid.
Clearly indicate your correct and complete delivery address.
Also indicate in your email or WhatsApp the date of your payment, amount and reference used

VERY IMPORTANT: DO NOT submit the same order on multiple platforms. For example, do not email AND
WhatsApp your order. Different departments work with orders and this would be seen and attended to as 2 orders
when reaching the INUKA Office.

MAKING PAYMENTS

Always use your Member Code or cell number as payment reference when making an EFT or Direct Deposit. Send
your proof of payment together with your order to us.
ONLINE CARD PAYMENTS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE: Login to your SIMO Member Portal and go to Payments.
