Terms & Conditions for Vacation Training (In Plant Training)

1. During vacations, (Summer as well as Winter) the Vacation will be imparted to the students nominated by
Principal/HOD/Director of Polytechnic Institutes/Engineering colleges in 3 phases only.
a) From 1st to 15th date of every month during vacation period.
b) From 16th to 30th date of every month during vacation period.
c) From 1st to 30th date of every month during vacation period.
In view of this Vacation Training orders will be allotted in 3 phase only every month during vacation period.
2. The permission letter for vacation training should be on official letter pad of the college duly signed by the principal.
The letter should clearly mention the full name of the student along with his branch, year and mobile no.
3. This letter should be inwarded in the HR office and then to be submitted at TSC. After this vacation training period will
be finalized by the training department.
4. As per H.O. circular fees Rs. 4000/- plus 18% GST extra Rs.720/- Total Rs.4720/-per student will be charged for a
period of 01Month of vacation training period. On this basis 15 days amount is charged to each student (RS.2,360/-).
Students has to deposit the fees amount in account section of this office in terms of nationalized Bank Demand Draft to
be drawn in favour of “Chief Engineer TPS Parli-V.” Payable at Parli-Vaijnath. Its receipt is to be produced before
training sub centre Parli-V. Bank details for DD:(1) IFSC Code. MAHB0001025. (2) Bank Name: Bank of
Maharashtra TPS Colony Parli-V. Bank Branch Code: 1025 This Demand Draft is to be deposited in Account section
of this office and a copy of the receipt is to be submitted at Training Sub Centre.The Demand Draft needs to be
submitted one day Before vacation training begins.
5. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
6. A xerox copy of Demand Draft receipt is to be submitted to the security office along with vacation Training office order.
They will then issue gate pass.
7. Training Period is 7.30Hrs to 12.00Hrs & 13.30Hrs to 17.00Hrs to be strictly followed.
8. The student should bring I-cards issued by the college.
9. Mobile phones having camera facility are not allowed in Power Station premises.
10.The Permission is granted on your request & vacation training shall be at your own cost and risk.
11.Applicant/Trainee shall follow all Safety norms (wearing of shoes etc.) and no compensation will be paid in case of any
accident this being a Prohibited Area.
12.Accommodation will not be provided them during the above training period.Trainee will abide by the rules and
regulations of MSPGCL in respect of conduct and discipline.
13.The Student shall have to make transportation arrangement to NPTPS at his own cost and risk.
14.Any misconduct or misbehave observed during vacation training period, the participant will be debarred from
vacation training and same will be informed to concerned college.
15.Leave/ Absenteeism, Late coming shall not be allowed during training. The certificate will not be issued to the
defaulter in any case.
16.This office reserves right to alter, modify & cancel the order whenever necessary.
17.After completion of vacation training the student should submit detailed study report duly signed by concerned
section incharge. On the last day,trainee should submit a copy of detailed report to TSC for preparation of certificate.
18.The certificate can be collected after 01 month from Training Sub Centre.
19.Training Sub Centre; TPS Parli will coordinate you.
