Parameters about situation-based analysis

Students will be individually allotted companies having international operations in specific country or
future pans of global expansion. Based upon the allocated company that has been given to them, they
have to submit the environmental analysis for that company in the allotted country.
Student need to write the environment which has been provided by that country to that specific industry
from which that company belongs. PESTLE Analysis need to be written.
Note:
1. Each student must submit a soft copy of this individual report using UMS.
2. Report format:
CA cover page, Introduction, Competition analysis, Expansion Plan, PESTLE, News, References (APA
format).
3. Report should not be more than 10 pages.
4. Accepted plagiarism: 20 %.
Students will be evaluated on:
Introduction to the company (Products/Services and financial stability): 3 marks.
SWOT analysis of company and history of entering in the given country (Expansion strategy) and
comparative performance with the nearest competitor in foreign market: 10 marks.
Expansion plans and future strategies of that company related to international market: 5 marks.
PESTLE Analysis and two company specific recent news based on any one component of PESTLE: 10
marks.
References: 2 marks
