Good day maam/sir,
Greetings of peace and love.
We, the Sanguniang Kabataan of Barangay Union are united and active in participating
in recreational activities as a way to save the youth from any illegal activity like drugs
and crime.
On behalf of the SK Council of Barangay Union, I sincerely thank you for taking the time
and interest in supporting regarding the need for the upcoming Barangay Fiesta and
Palaro ng Bayan. It’s a unique demonstration of being one. In this, we are very fortunate
to have the right as Madridians to present our requests especially in this time of lack of
funds to participate in the Palaro ng Bayan organized by Hon. Glenn Teves.
Therefore, as Officer-in-Charge of the SK Union with his or her approval of the SK
Council, we humbly pray for your generous well-being. To clarify this request, I have in-
cluded the list of players who are in dire need of a jersey for the upcoming sports pro-
gram. The SK Council is making every effort to address the end of this money problem
even though the budget and reserves seem to be insufficient to supply for all the play-
ers. In addition, there is also a uniquely low cost for snacks during the event that should
include all the players and volunteers who organize it.
In general, SK officials and other good sponsors have raised a certain amount to reduce
the required funding, just under the amount of 12,000 pesos where we continue to try to
reach others with the same diligence and humility to will provide the youth of Brgy.
Unions dedicate themselves to weeks of training for the event.
Any amount from you in a gentle contribution will be very much appreciated and worthy
to be remembered by every young person. On behalf of the SK Council, I cannot thank
you enough for your generosity and we are forever indebted to gratitude.
