 DAILY REPORT

Overview:
Visited the power plant site and followed the operation and maintenance
activities performed during the day.

Operation Activities:
The complex was running on baseload with a combination of 2+1.
 GT-1 is on standby position due to NPCC demand.
 GT-2 is operating at baseload.
 GT-3 is operating at baseload.

Maintenance Activities:
During the day, visited the plant site area and closely observed the maintenance
activities performed by different departments. The maintenance activities
attended are listed below:

Condensate Pump Motor:

Mechanical maintenance team attended the activity of cleaning the coupling hub
of condensate pump motor and then installing it back to the condensate motor.

Condensate Motor B:
During the bearing replacement activity of condensate pump motor, after the
removal of old bearing and installation of new bearing on the non-driven end side
of the motor by the electrical maintenance department, the maintenance team
performed the greasing of the newly installed bearing.

DLN Compartments:
In Gas Turbine hall, mechanical maintenance team performed the activity of
replacement of air filters in the DLN compartment of all three gas turbines.

Cooling Tower Motors:

Electrical maintenance department performed the greasing of all the motors of
cooling tower fan in order to reduce the sound and friction.
