PUBLIC NOTICE

Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) has filed Petition No: 2004 of 2021 under
Section 86 (1)(b) & (f) of Electricity Act 2003 before Hon’ble Gujarat Electricity Regulatory
Commission (GERC) for approval of amendments to the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)
dated 26.02.2007 by way of Supplemental PPA (SPPA) dated 12.08.2021 pursuant to the
Hon’ble GERC order dated 27.04.2020.

In the matter, Hon’ble GERC through Daily Order dated 29th September, 2021 has directed
GUVNL to issue a public notice inviting comments/views from the stakeholders on the above
petitions.

The petitions along with relevant documents filed by GUVNL are uploaded on its website
www.guvnl.com on notice section.

The stakeholders may submit their written comments / objections / suggestions in the matter
on affidavit in five copies to The Secretary, Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission, 6th
Floor, GIFT ONE, Road 5C, Zone 5, Gift City, Gandhinagar- 382355 with a copy to the
petitioner within 15 days time from the date of this public notice.
