Matabungkay Beach is in the seaside town of Lian Batangas. It was an ideal resort getaway for family and friends. On April 27, 2018, we went to Matabungkay beach with my whole family, other relatives, and my friends. On this beach, I’ve learned to appreciate the fun I have with my real friends. Even though it couldn’t compete with the beauty of Boracay, it was still worthwhile. Here I learned to swim, thanks to my friend Julia. While soaking in the sea, I watched the sunset with my friends. After that, we discussed our personal lives, still soaked in the dept of the sea. We witnessed the passing of so many falling stars. It was so peaceful that time, we felt unwind. We swam in the sea all night. When the morning comes, we ate breakfast, then took a walk on the beach while gazing at the calm sea. It feels so good when you go on vacation with your loved ones, wherever you go, you will surely appreciate its beauty.
ENCHANTED KINGDOM (EK) – Santa Rosa Laguna
When it comes to theme parks, EK is always on top of the list. It was like a Philippine version of the Disneyland. I’ve been here three times. When I first came here, I was with my family. It was fun but I couldn’t enjoy all the rides because of my mother. She doesn’t want me to ride on some extreme rides. It was regretful, so I went there again, for my second time. On my second visit in EK, I was with my two sisters. This time I was able to ride all rides. I like all rides except for the jungle log jam. I feel like I’m going to fall every time it goes down. At that moment, I swear to myself, I’m not going to ride that ever again. But the opposite happened. On my third time to went there, I was forced by my friends to ride it. Since I don’t want to kill the moment, I rode again, and I survived. My last visit in EK, I was with my friends. It was the time I got the most out of EK. Even if I keep coming back to EK, I will never get bored of this place.
AGUINALDO SHRINE – Kawit Cavite
The shrine is the ancestral home of Emilio Aguinaldo and located in Kawit Cavite. It was the site of the historic Proclamation of the Philippines on June 12, 1898. Every part of the Mansion was restored. When I entered the Mansion, I was amazed by the designs and ambiance of the home, I immediately felt the importance of our history. I only briefly circled the whole mansion because there was a time limit, but I was able to appreciate the historic mansion of our first president. I am also glad to be able to visit such important place.
