In the warranty time PM Control Systems shall responsible for any


malfunction or any fail devices

Note:
The followings will not be covered by warranty:
- Normal wear and tear parts.
- Damage caused by accidents, improper handling or faulty
repairs not performed by an authorized service representative.
- Damage caused by negligent maintenance.
- Rental of substitute equipment during performance of warranty
repairs.
- Parts purchased from sources other than PM Control Systems
- Replacement of a failed PM Control supplied Woodward part
with a non PM Control System supplied Woodward part voids
warranty on that part.
- Expenses incurred investigating performance complaints unless
the problem is caused by defective Woodward product or
workmanship.
- Maintenance items such as fuses, lamps, loose clamps and
adjustments.
