GENERAL SALES TERMS
1. DELIVERY TERM: 60 working days from the order and down payment
By delivery term we mean the date of availability at REG Galbiati’s factory. This term may be fixed only on the date of actual official order and upon
receipt of the samples and of all the materials required for the realization of the machine.
2. Transport and installation : At Your expense, installation cost € 700,00 per day plus expenses
3. PAYMENT TERMS: 30% at order ; 70% good ready to go
In case of non-payment, REG Galbiati srl reserves the right to charge the Purchaser with default interest at the annual rate of 15%, as
well as with expenses due to non-settlement.
4. RESERVED DOMAIN: The property of each machine shall be reserved to REG Galbiati SrL until complete payment of purchase
price. The non-payment, on the expiration date, of the purchase price, shall entitle REG Galbiati SrL with right of unilateral withdrawal
from the contract with immediate effect, on the date of notification of withdrawal.
5.GUARANTEE( Warranty): 12 months (max. 2000 work hours for ceramic triode, guarantee by the builder THALES) from the date of
delivery. The guarantee covers both mechanical and electrical components and includes any replaced parts. Costs for labour, travelling
expenses, board and lodging shall be charged to the purchaser, as well as call out charges. Parts to be replaced under guarantee shall
be supplied upon return of defective parts. All this will be carried out ex REG Galbiati’s factory.
The guarantee falls off in case of tampering, negligence or utilization of non-original replacements.
Ordinary or programmed maintenance, setup, adjustment, format change, system consultancy and verifications shall be excluded from
the guarantee. The reactivation of the machine will be carried out within time limits compatible with organizational requirements. Any
repairs carried out under guarantee shall not imply any extensions or renewals.
6. CONFORMITY WITH REGULATIONS IN FORCE: REG Galbiati SrL certifies that the machines of its own production fully comply
with the regulations in force and, consequently, REG Galbiati srl shall be responsible as supplier according to the law.
7. DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES: REG Galbiati SrL shall not undertake any responsibility for damages caused to persons or
property due to irregular use of the machine and to non-operation or imperfect operation, and for consequent relevant damages.
Furthermore, REG Galbiati SrL shall not be liable for any damages caused by delays in delivery, installation or forced use suspensions.
8. COURT OF JURISDICTION: Should any controversy arise concerning the performance and interpretation of the present contract or
however consequent, dependent or linked to it, the parties recognize exclusive jurisdiction to the Milan courts.
