Manfaat
• Perawatan pasien yang berpusat pada pasien, tim perawatan terdiri DPJP, Konsulen,
PPJP, apoteker, analis kimia, petugas radiologi, dan tim penunjang lainnya.
• Dalam perawatan pasien yang berpusat pada pasien, sering dilakukan adanya family
meeting (melibatkan keluarga pengambil keputusan, DPJP, PPJP) serta clinical
meeting (melibatkan DPJP, Konsulen, CCM, PPJP, apoteker, dan profesi Kesehatan
lainnya yang terlibat).
• Di RSUI terdapat tim pelayanan TB, tim pelayanan HIV, konselor ASI, Tim perawatan
luka, Tim akses vena sulit, tim homecare, tim reaksi cepat yang terdiri dari berbagai
profesi yang dapat menerima konsultasi untuk proses perawatan pasien.

Proses
• Ketika akan melakukan implementasi EBN (evidence based
nursing) berdasarkan artikel yang sudah dilakukan critical
appraisal, dilakukan clinical meeting yang melibatkan expert dari
pendidikan, riset, dan praktik klinis (melibatkan interprofessional
terkait) untuk menilai apakah suatu intervensi layak untuk
diimplementasikan terhadap pasien untuk kualitas perawatan
terbaik.
• Selanjutnya hasil implementasi EBN dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar
suatu layanan atau juga SPO setelah melalui beberapa proses
lanjutan.
• Adanya SPO visit bersama antara DPJP/konsulen dengan PPJP atau
ners yang sedang berdinas.

• Tim dengan professional Kesehatan yang lebih bervariasi akan menghasilkan
outcome yang lebih baik.
• Kolaborasi Tim Multidisiplin berorientasi kepada keputusan Bersama untuk
mengelola sebuah layanan yang terbaik.
• Ketidakpastian tujuan tim dan kepemimpinan akan menghasilkan kualitas
kerja yang buruk
• Untuk terbentuknya praktik kolaborasi interprofessional, diperlukan proses
pendidikan yang memungkinkan mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan kerja
sama interprofesional, kemampuan komunikasi, mengenali peran dan
tanggung jawab profesi yang dipilihnya dan juga profesi Kesehatan lain, serta
memberikan pelayanan Kesehatan yang berpusat pada pasien.
• Pelaksanaan kolaborasi tidak hanya bermanfaat bagi pasien tetapi juga akan
memberikan kepuasan kepada tenaga kesehatan karena kolaborasi akan
meningkatkan dan mengoptimalkan peran serta aktif antara PPA
