What were the key concepts/topics discussed in this module?
 Understanding the Spiral dynamics helps us understand beliefs that various leaders
operate with and are certain behaviours expected from the leaders.
 The vMeme concept, denoting the various levels of development of value systems
over history of human beings.
What resonated with you the most?
 Understanding how the cultural and evolutional factors and how it can affect the
modes of thinking & emotions of leaders has been the most interesting topic of this
module.
What resonated with you the least?
 The descriptors mentioned for each color to understand vMEMEs have many factors
that might mean the same or have overlapping characteristics which makes it very
difficult to clearly distinguish each.
What are some insights/ learnings for you as a professional that either reinforce or
provide new direction to your leadership style?
 The demarcation of each tier and their vMEMEs will help in understanding clearly
what kind of personality is required for an organization and personality the employee
possesses and tries to reduce the gap between the two for better functioning of the
organization.
Where can you apply the learnings/ insight in your life?
 The framework can be used applied in an organisation if you are in a leadership
position or an employee under a boss, so that the progress route through each stage is
known and helps in betterment of individual and organization.
