What were the key concepts/topics discussed in this module?
The module is on the topic ‘Six stages of Leadership pipeline’. This model gives hierarchy of responsibility levels for a leader in an organization. Based upon the size of organization, some stages may get eliminated due smaller size. We also study the potential classification for each level and possible implications What resonated with you the most? The incremental responsibilities and role of managers/leaders with each incremental level of leadership in the organisation. What resonated with you the least? It is very difficult to find something that resonated the least in this section. Every aspect of this has been very insightful leading up to a cumulative understanding of leadership levels and expectations in an organization. What are some insights/ learnings for you as a professional that either reinforce or provide new direction to your leadership style? These concepts will help me in understanding of the area of improvement for the respective people to work on, since each level requires its own set of resources and attention, actions can be judiciously taken for the respective level. Where can you apply the learnings/ insight in your life? It will help me in my corporate career through every stage and role and can also be applied if we ever plan to start a business.
