Perform Treadmill inspection/maintenance. (per appropriate treadmill service manual)

Perform Treadmill functional testing. (per appropriate treadmill service manual)

Visual inspection – Verify that all cords and connectors are securely seated.

Visual inspection – Check the case and chassis for any visible damage.

Visual inspection – Inspect cords and connectors for any visible damage.

Visual inspection – Inspect keys and controls for proper function and appearance.

Perform PC cleaning.

Inspect CPU fan, and power supply fan to check if they are running too slowly or are making any unusual
noises during operation.

Thermal writer cleaning (if option installed) – Perform Platen cleaning.

Thermal writer cleaning (if option installed) – Perform Thermal printhead cleaning.

System checks – Perform Archive management.

System checks – Hard drive space – Check the capacity of the system hard drive to ensure there is
sufficient space for system operation.

System checks – Perform PC diagnostics testing.

Conformance testing – Z200+ writer test – Verify on the printout page that there are no missing pixels or
light printing.

Functional testing – Patient cable(s) – Verify patient cable connector pins are not bent by disconnecting
the patient cables from the AM12Q and inspecting the contacts.

Functional testing – Patient cable(s) – Verify lead wires looking at the ECG presented on screen for
continuous proper waveform shape and amplitude. There should be no spikes, flatlines or interruptions
of the waveform.

Functional testing – Patient cable(s) – Verify the test starts. ECG data should begin to be displayed.

Functional testing – Patient cable(s) – Verify Bruce is the selected protocol from the top left-hand-drop
down menu.

Functional testing – Patient cable(s) – Verify treadmill turns on and begins to move.
Functional testing – Patient cable(s) – Verify treadmill is rising and that the speed increases throughout
test.

Functional testing – Patient cable(s) – Verify printouts are coming from Z200+ writer or Laser Printer (if
the option is installed).

Functional testing – Patient cable(s) – Verify the treadmill slows down and returns to 0% grade.

Functional testing – Patient cable(s) – Verify a printout comes from the Z200+ writer or Laser Printer (if
the option is installed).

Functional testing – Patient cable(s) – Verify the test goes into the Report Manager screen. Real Time
ECG data should still be displayed at the bottom of screen.

Functional testing – Patient cable(s) – Verify a printout comes from the Z200+ writer or Laser Printer (if
the option is installed).

Functional testing – Patient cable(s) – Verify system exits the Report Manager screen.

Functional testing – Patient cable(s) – Verify the test results were stored properly in the appropriate
location, and that any configured data export options were performed.

Functional testing – Data export (if option installed) – Verify Qstress is able to Export pdf’s, xml. tif,
DICOM, etc. to the network.

Functional testing – Data export (if option installed) – Verify Qstress is able to download a worklist from
the network.
