Seeing the rapid development of firo industry in Indonesia that requires refractory material,
also seeing so far the transfer of knowledge from suppliers and/or manufacture refractory to
end users is very lacking. Has encouraged the establishment of PT. Pantarhei Cahaya Indone-
sia.

PT. Pantarhei Cahaya Indonesia is a company professional in refractory installation, insulation

and supplying various types of refractory standards and specialty. PT. Pantarhei Cahaya Indo-
nesia was founded by people who have international experience in the world of refractory for
more than 20 years who support industry Oil & Gas, Cement & Lime, Steel, Power Generation,
Incenerator, Fero Nickel, Aluminium and Chemichal. PT. Pantarhei Cahaya Indonesia in addi-
tion to supplying refractory materials and installations will also provide knowledge transfers
to customers to meet customer needs, customer satisfaction is our main goal.

Product selection, one of the most important factors affecting the refractory life
time in pyro-processing plant. There are many refractory type that can be consid-
ered for pyro-processing plant, the best way in product selection we must know the
pyro-process condition and all factors that affecting to refractory and we must know the
refractory properties that will use and meet with the process requirement.

Anchorage, the key element is properly selecting the anchor type that has excellent
hot strength and can withstand high thermal loading. Stainless steel anchor and
refractory anchor widely used in refractory installation, combination both anchor
sometimes use depend on process condition.

Installation, the proper installation of refractory will get best refractory lining result
properties. Installation procedure, man power and equipment should be meet the
requirement.

Dry Out, the dry out process usually the last step before a refractory lining is put in
service. The dry out should not be compromised because, just as with the other
installation parameters, problem will result if proper care is not taken to remove the
water from refractory lining, specially castable lining.
