Reflection: Building Agreement that Work

Building agreement that work means Agreements come in a variety of shapes and sizes. They
could be formal documents based on a detailed proposal, laying out the items and services to be
produced in accordance with pre-determined tasks and dates.  I have ascertained that in our topic
building agreement this has three types of agreements the Handshake or verbal communication,
Memorandum of Understanding or Letter of Agreement and Typically, a contract is a fixed-price
or cost-reimbursement agreement.

The hand shake or verbal communication is something that verbal handshake enables that
connection over the phone, just as it does when we shake someone's hand when we meet them
face to face. A telephone "handshake" allows the call handler to connect with the caller while
also signaling that they are in charge of and will lead the call. For what I have understand that
memorandum of understanding is a formal document that outlines an agreement between two or
more parties. It is not legally binding, but it indicates the parties' willingness to continue through
with a contract and memorandum of understanding is a formal document that outlines an

Furthermore, there is approach and style which is when you look at demands and solutions
through those three lenses, the chances of clients and participants having a positive experience
and processes running smoothly increase. Under of the approach is the integrated, customization
and systematic approach that deals in the process of management.
In optimizing management style to my way of thinking it is something a goal of optimization is
to come up with the optimal design possible based on a set of prioritized criteria or constraints.
These include increasing production, strength, reliability, lifespan, efficiency, and usage, among
other things.

In conclusion, the agreement is very important for business contract to provide the legal
protections that you require in any operation. Contracts not only reduce risk, but they also protect
us and your firm by ensuring that you understand your rights and responsibilities under each
agreement. So that we need to make sure that both parties are agreed to the said agreement for us
to avoid any complications, misunderstanding and risk.
