Teacher will write the “Earth" on board and Pollution,

Teacher will define pollution as any

Teacher will tell the students that pollution
means to make something unreal. Pollution is
becoming a great danger to society as it is
destroying the natural objects and peace.
Teacher will ask students if they have any
idea about the types of pollution. If the
students will give the right answer teacher
will appreciate them and if in case, they will

Teacher will briefly define these kinds with


the help of daily life examples as:
 Air Pollution Diesel exhaust.
 Water Pollution→ Human trash
chemicals
 Soil Pollution → Local waste,
excessive fertilizer use
 Noise Pollution → Air conditioners,
ear phones

Teacher will display a model to students and


ask them to identify the factors affecting the
earth. Some of the students will be called in
front of class and briefly describe what they
understand.

Effects of the pollutants, mentioned in the
model will be discussed among students
(Picture of model is attached herewith.)

Teacher will tell students that earth is our


homeland We can take some simple steps to
make our earth a better place for living.
Teacher will explain some steps with the help
of flash cards. (Flash cards are attached
herewith)
These steps include:
1. Dispose of garbage

2. Collect waste paper


3. Drive less
4. Save water
5. Plant a tree

Teacher will show a video on "Strategies to


save the earth" and ask students to note down
the strategies which they can take to save the
earth.
After this teacher will ask each student to tell
the point which he/ she has written down.

Recapitulation Teacher will ask the class to develop a 5 minutes
"Message of the day" from the content
covered in the class. After the pause of one
minute teacher will call a student to the stage
and ask him/her to share his/her
idea/message.

Home Task Students will be assigned to: 5 minutes


Students will note down the pollutants and Make a survey of
precautions in their notebook as home work. their home town
(Fulfilling the Psychomotor objective # 2) to:
