NARRATIVE REPORT ON SCHOOL IMPLEMENTED PPAs


UTILIZATION OF LEARNING RESOURCES

I.INTRODUCTION
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE 7 PPA’S PLAYS AN IMPORTANT PART IN THE
HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT OF OUR LEARNERS. UNDER THIS PPA DIFFERENT
CONTRIBUTING FACTORS WERE BEING RECOGNIZED AND DISCUSS IN ORDER TO
FORMULATE PERMANENT SOLUTIONS THAT MAY LEADS TO A MORE DESIRABLE
RESULTS. THE 7 PPA ALSO STRENGHTEN THE RELTIONSHIP OF THE SCHOOLS
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.
UTILIZATION OF LEARNING RESOURCES IS A PART OF THE 7 PPAS I-LKHA
THAT AIMS TO SOLVE SERIOUS CONTRIBUTING FACTORS THAT MAY LEAD TO
LEARNERS POOR ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE. AS A RESULT TEACHERS ARE
REQUESTED TO INITIATE AND UTILIZE LEARNING RESOURCES TO CREATE A
POSITIVE INTERVENTIONS THAT MAY RESULT TO A MORE DESIRABLE ACADEMIC
PERFORMANCE FROM THEIR PARTICIPATION ON DIVISION, REGIONAL, AND
NATIONAL TRAINING WORKSHOP.

II.OBJECTIVES
TO IDENTIFY CONTRIBUTING FACTORS THAT GREATLY AFFECTS THE
TEACHING LEARNING PROCESS.
TO IMPROVE TEACHER AND PUPILS PERFORMANCE THROUGH ACTIVE
PARTICIPATION IN THE FORMULATION OF DIFFERENT TEACHING STRATEGIES
AND INTERVENTION BY UTILIZATION OF LEARNING RESOURCES
TO FORMULATE A SHORT AND LONG TERM SOLUTIONS TO CATER THE NEEDS OF
THE SCHOOLS DIVERSE LEARNERS.
TO STRENGTHEN THE BOND BETWEEN SCHOOLS INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL
STAKEHODERS.

III.ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN

A. PRE-PLANNING

THE PRE-PLANNING WAS SPEARHEADED BY THE SCHOOL HEAD TOGETHER

WITH THE SCHOOLS PPAS COMMITTEE. THIS IS TO ADRESS THE NEED AND THE

IMPACT OF THE PROPOSED 7 PPA PROGRAM PROJECTS. COLLABORATIONS AND

BRAINSTROMING ENBLES BOTH PARTIES TO COME UP WITH A MORE POSITIVE

APPROACH.

AFTER THE PRE PLANNING STAGE THE RESULT OF THE IMPLEMENTED PROJECT
PROGRAM WAS BEING EVALUATED BY THE SHOOL HEADS.

B. ORIENTATION

THE ORIENTATION PHASE WAS A SUCCESSFUL ONE, THROUGH THE

JOINT EFFORTS EXERTED BY THE SCHOOLS HEAD AND PPA

COORDINATORS. IN ADDITION, THE SCHOOL ITSELF SPONSOR AND

FINANCE THE SAID PROJECT PROGRAMS.

C.PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION

THE IMPLEMENTATION PHASE WAS BEING EVALUATED BY THE SCHOOL

HEAD TOGETHER WITH THE SCHOOL PPAS COMMITTES. THIS IS TO


COLLABORATE DIFFERENT IDEAS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SAID

PROJECT PROGRAM.

THE FINAL EVALUATION OF PROJECT I-LIKHA UNDERGONE A SERIES OF

PANEL DEFENSE FOR VALIDATION. THE SAID PROJECT PROGRAM WAS

SUPPORTED BY ACCOMPLISHMENT OF DIFFERENT REPORTS AND OTHER

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS.
