MONITORING AND EVALUATING REPORT

A. SCHOOL PHILOSOPHY, VISION, MISSION, GOALS AND OBJECTIVES


SMART GOALS RESULTS
1. To strengthen the importance of the school’s VMGPO All Year Round
the practice of including the Vision, Mission, Goal,
Philosophy and Objectives in the Planning team
presentation during orientation, seminars, trainings,
meetings for students, teachers, parents and other
stakeholders of the school.
2. Discuss with the the administrators, stakeholders, All Year Round
academic coordinator, and faculty and staff the revisited
PVMGO.
3. PVMGO Orientation Program. Every Year
4. Discuss on the review and revision of the school’s Every Three Years
PVMGO.
5. The PVMGO shall be posted in different areas of the All Year Round
school premises visible to stakeholders.
6. All classrooms shall have the VMGPO posted their All Year Round
bulletin board.

B. CURRICULUM, ASSESSMENT AND INSTRUCTION

-Create a program that actively communicates to the All Year Round
various stakeholders about the school’s mission and
vision, K-12 standards and directions, school’s
development of innovations in curriculum development,
assessment and instruction.
Establish a strong collaboration in the field of teaching Implemented for three years

-Library member should be able to search books by their On-Going
author, subject category as well by the publication date.

-Library member should be able to retrieve information On-Going


like who took a particular book or what are the books
checked-out by a specific library member.
The school should be able to purchase a system that On-Going
provides balanced collection of student’s references and
professional books, in the different subjects and
disciplines and other printed and non printed
instructional
materials.
