QUARTER I
REFLECTION ON A LEARNER-CENTERED PHILOSOPHY
In this period, the student’s prior knowledge is assessed as the vital first step to ensure
that the students can follow classroom instructions. This quarter entails the design and
implementation of techniques to actively engage the students in classroom instructions
and enhance their participation and foster instructional student learning abilities.
The following strategies and techniques will be implemented to identify learning
objectives and outcomes.
Developing well-written learning objectives with learning outcome.
hands-on-activities.
The learning outcome is such that the students will demonstrate their

Now that the learning objectives and outcomes has been defined, in this period I will
begin to plan and design the activity through considering the following:
Will prepare instructive activity that will occur in the classroom, or outside the
classroom or both. Prepare a timeline plan to assist in managing the activity and
keep students on task.
I will outline the steps of how students will engage with each other in completing
the instructional activity.
Establish and communicate ground rules and guidelines for group etiquette.
Will assign roles and responsibilities for any group student projects, discussions
or debate.
Consider how the in-class activity will continue after class in order to extend the
learning process and experience.
Communicate to students after the session, and prepare a rubic for assessing
student effort, through technology, or media that will be utilized in the classroom,
for students to access outside the classrooms.

QUARTER III
REFLECTION ON A LEARNER-CENTERED PHILOSOPHY
In this period the following techniques are utilized to constantly enhance the student’s
performance and increase their broad knowledge in educational culture and
philosophies.
I will analyze the effectiveness of the active learning activity and assess whether
it is aiding student understanding and met the learning objectives.
QUARTER IV
REFLECTION ON A LEARNER-CENTERED PHILOSOPHY
In this period the following techniques are utilized to constantly enhance the student’s
performance and increase their broad knowledge in educational culture and
philosophies.
Administer assessments frequently and regularly in classrooms for the purpose
of monitoring individual students’ performance and adapting instructions to
improve their performance.
At this quarter the following goals would have been well defined by the following factors:
Improving the student’s academic performance.
To assist the school, i.e., administrators, other teacher’s, students, and support
staff, behavioral benchmarks and goals.
To have instill Positive Action principles into students cognitive, effective and
behavioral learning domains.
