Description : In This process Bot login to the Akriti web application and download all
Invoice for the given batch ID. All the invoices data in the form of scan pdf
file and copy into the input folder. The PDF file contain invoice no ,date and
other information. IQ Bot read the all the invoice PDF and generate the csv
file and update the IQ Bot Status log repot.
Task bot read the invoice information and login to the People soft application
and validate the invoice data and closed the invoice and if invoice does not
match then send notification to the Ops SME for the further process.

amount and download the Receipt and convert in to the .TFF format and store
in respective folder.

amount is not same then bot connect to customer portal again and download

Description : This process is used for Bill Creation automate this process divided in three
Main sub module 1 Lara Integration 2 Manual update and send draft
1 LARA (LINE AND AGENCIES REALTIME APPLICATION) is Java based
application where Bill Draft is generated and sends the B/L Draft details to
customer.
2 Manual update we are using Rest web service which can get the Booking
details from CIRA (CMA-CGM Internal Reporting Application) update in LARA
for creation B/L.
3 Send draft can be used to send email to customer with attached booking
details using Document Centric system (DCS).
We are using Mata bot for capturing the LARA screen and developed the logic
with each and every scenario and update in LARA.
Rest Web service is used for getting the booking details from the CIRA and
update in the database with help using store procedure and assign the BOT
for processing.

each bot according to the customer

Description : In this process it will connect the SAP NetWeaver Application and select the
Server instance which is given in the configuration file and run FBL5N report
using Variant which is already created in the system. Variants name can read
from the configuration file and load the data in spreadsheet and save as Excel
in MHTML format as XX-XX-XXXX DEDUCTIONS - (Month –Day-Year) format.
Bot convert the MHTML format to XLSX format and Apply filters on it and
select the record the select and copy in another tab which is given in the
configuration file. In this process we use VLOOK UP on SAP account number
to populate file with wholesaler name
After completion of all the process a summery mail is sent to respective user.

Resource can view the skill set graphs in the system. This system covers Various
Module like Resource, Coe- Head, Reviewer, and Reporting. This system generated
various report in SSRS 2008 like Resource status, Resource history, project history,
Coe History etc. Crystolomate can also be integrated with Ms-Dynamic CRM 3.0.
