LOCATION West, dominated by multi- storey residential apartments. It is a

According to the Micro Market Analysis of Borivali Shimpoli, the majority of the consumer base is
between the ages of 35 and 45, i.e. working class people, so affordable options were introduced to
appeal to that market segment.

According to micro market research, 3BHK is the preferred choice for customers, followed by 2BHK,
1BHK, and Studio Apartments, therefore 3BHK is planned for Premium class clients.

Customers in the above category, as well as those in the 45-55 age bracket, demand customisation,
therefore in two towers we will provide alternatives like as Jodi flats, wall paints/wall papers, flooring,
and so on.

In addition, senior citizens who do not require extensive customization have a great pick of 2 BHKs and
3 BHKs in one of the tower.

On the RERA carpet area, prices range from 19.5k to 25k per sqft.

We will use Customer testimonials at our sales office and also pin it on billboards and put up the brief interview as an ad on
radio/TV.

We will advertise our projects at local Real Estate conventions/expo’s. > separate booths for Onyx 2 & Emerald.

Launch events > partner up with local businesses such as home décor shops, clothing boutiques and bakeries.

We will also invite interior designers to these events who can help our customers to design their dream homes. The
