MANAGEMENT
The RSBK team is led and inspired by Rudolf Scharping.

This is based on a long-standing commitment to the timely control of

government functions and cooperation with the private sector – both in
Germany and in China.

Whether as Minister-President of Rhineland-Palatinate or as Federal Minister of

Defence – Rudolf Scharping was involved in many projects for economically
sustainable solutions and accompanied their implementation. The focus here
was frequently on solutions now regarded as blueprints for efficient cooperation
between the state and the private sector.

For more than thirty years, Rudolf Scharping has been committed to the
collaboration with China and is, as a strategy consultant, active in numerous
German and Chinese firms as well as public institutions in both countries.

Through his numerous trips to China and the constant exchange with Chinese
personalities in politics and the economy, he knows present-day China like
virtually no one else. Thanks to his deep understanding for the "Land of smiles"
and his knowledge of the economic and political contexts in Germany and China,
