INDUSTRIAL PFX SERIES

NOMINAL RATED PLEATED POLYPROPYLENE CARTRIDGES

Pleated cartridge filters are better alternative to string wound or spun moulded
filters in terms of efficiency, flow rate and service life. PFX cartridges are economical
premium quality filters and are available in various micron ratings ranging from 10
micron nominal down to 0.2 micron nominal.
PFX is an innovative product manufactured with multiple layers of melt-blown
polypropylene media. This unique structure allows high flow rates while maintaining
low differential pressure and ideal depth filtration characteristics.
Pentair’s pleated cartridge filters may be used as either pre-filters or as final filters
for bulk and point-of-use filtration. PFX provides maximum effective open surface
areas and also maintain high dirt holding capacity, long service life, and lower
operating cost.
