Accordingly the concerned Circle / Unit officers have upgraded the post of sion offices to that of Draughtsman Grade II (Assistant Technical Officer) in the di Draughtsman Grade I (Technical Officer) in different dates and considered the promotions to the post of Draughts man Grade I (Technical Officer) with in the Circle / unit in accordance with the seniority in the cadre of Draughtsman Grade II (Assistant Technical Officer). In this office Circular memo all the circle / unit officers have been requested to furnish the particulars of Technical Officers of their circles in prescribed proforma to prepare the zone wise Technical Officer seniority to consider appointment by transfer to the post of Deputy Executive Engineer as per rules. The Circle / Unit officers have submitted the particulars in respect of the ‘Technical Officers pertains to their circles informing the date of joining as Technical Officer / notional date in the cadre of Technical Officers.
