Base on my research Fitness exercise is a state of health and well being and more specially the ability to

perform aspects of sports, occupation and daily activities. Fitness Exercise is generally achieved through
proper nutrition, moderate-vigorous physical exercise and sufficient rest (Running, Power walking at
5mph or more, or walking uphill briskly, cycling faster than 10mph, Aerobics, Martial arts, Competitive
sports, Skipping/jump rope, Rowing). There are some people don’t do exercise for so many reasons
specially time, workout accessories and lack of support by someone. They do not have enough time for
doing Physical Fitness by means of jogging, walking, exercising, swimming, and other activities that
contribute Physical Fitness.

Students are more physically active on days on which they have physical education. Physical Education
also the most important segment of the total Education From kinder to grade 12. Physical Education (PE)
is the most important subject to foster well-being habits associated to healthy lifestyle during sport
practice and other kinds of active tasks. Fitness Exercises is important to be learned specially in school
for us students to make our energy level increase, to lighten up our mood, to improve our muscular
strength, flexibility muscular endurance and stress reduction where physical Activity becomes an outlet
for releasing tension, anxiety and facilitates emotional stability and resilience. Exercise also helps
students lose weight and lower the risk of some diseases. Exercising regularly lowers a student's risk of
developing some diseases, including obesity, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure. Exercise can help
student keep their body at a healthy weight and keep away from bully because of their obesity.

Regular physical activity is vital for good physical, social and emotional health. While there is a risk of
injury with any type of physical activity, the benefits of staying active far outweigh the risks. You can
reduce your risk of exercise injury by wearing the right shoes, using the correct equipment, drinking lots
of water, warming up and stretching properly.

According to republic Act no.5708 An act providing the promotion and financing of an integrated
Physical Education and sports Development program for the schools in the Philippines. Has the goal of
Physical Education is to instill in young citizen a proper appreciation of the importance of physical
development hand and hand with the mental development in individual and social activities.

I do encourage my fellow students and also those people who have no time, workout accessories and
lack of support by someone to do exercise, 15 minutes a day will do. You can use exercise in
transportation or even doing physical activities. Starting slow, finding social support, mixing up activities,
and keeping to a routine is a prescription for both brain and body health. We all know that exercise is
important in our daily lives, but we may not know why or what exercise can do for us.

It’s important to remember that we have evolved from nomadic ancestors who spent all their time
moving around in search of food and shelter, travelling large distances on a daily basis. Our bodies are
designed and have evolved to be regularly active. Specially today that we experience this kind of virus
which is COVID19 we should make our immune system by doing exercise.
