The past perfect tense is used to express actions that started in the past but continue to the present.

For actions that started in the past but


stopped recently

 He had gone.
 I had not written.
 Had the doctor returned.

The past perfect tense is formed by using “ had” before verb and add “ed” at the end of verb or use third form of verb.
In Urdu sentence at the end of past perfect sentence use “chukka tha, chuke the, chukay thy ”.
