TENDER NOTICE AT/P/1606/2021

The University wants to install an On-grid 50kW Mono-crystalline solar PV system at

its new secretariat, admin block building, Jari-kas Campus in Mirpur, AJK. During the
preparation of Bids, the Bidders must keep in mind that to this date, net metering is not
available in the AJ&K.
Therefore, Tenders are invited from well reputed manufacturers, suppliers /
Authorized dealers registered with the FBR/AJK Inland revenue/active Income tax payers
list of FBR/AJK Inland revenue 2020-2021 on FOR basis Mirpur, with the detail as under:-

Terms & Conditions:

1. Detailed tender document may be downloaded from www.must.edu.pk.
2. Tender Fee shall be Rs. 2000/ (Non-Refundable) payable to University treasury /
demand draft in favour of Treasurer MUST, attached with the quotation.
3. Tender must be accompanied with 2% earnest money (Refundable) of the total bid
in shape of Bank Draft in favour of the Treasurer MUST.
4. All taxes shall be deducted as per government rates/rules.
5. PPRA/University rules shall strictly be followed during the course of procurement.
6. Single stage – two Envelopes Procedure shall be opted.
7. The bid shall comprise a single package containing two separate envelopes. Each
envelope shall contain separately the financial proposal and the technical proposal.
8. Initially, only the envelope marked “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” shall be opened
9. Proposals shall be entertained till 2:00 PM on (Wednesday) October 06, 2021 and
shall be opened the same day at 2:30 PM, in Committee Room, Secretariat MUST, Jari-
kas Campus.
