The Trustee allocates contributions to member accounts based on the date they are received and identified in the fund.

The Trustee is not aware if there are any overdue contributions for the reporting period. Where you believe that required
contributions have not been allocated to your account, please confirm with your employer the date paid and the name of the fund
they were paid to, before contacting the fund.

Total Fees and Costs You Paid

Some fees and costs are deducted directly from your account and form part of ‘What has been deducted from your account’ shown
in Your Account Summary (where relevant) and are itemised in Your Transaction History. Some fees and costs are deducted from
the assets or earnings of the fund (called ‘indirect costs’) and are reflected in the calculation of investment earnings allocated to
your account through the calculation of unit prices.

Where fees or costs are deducted from your account, you will generally receive any tax benefit of that deduction that the Trustee
is able to claim on the fund's income tax return for that period.

Administration expenses and insurance premiums give rise to tax deductions which are passed on to members by being taken into
account in calculating the contributions tax in respect of taxable contributions deducted from account balances. Where the benefit
of a tax deduction is passed on to you in the form of a rebate, this is listed in the transaction history section.

Indirect Costs of Your Investment

This approximate amount has been deducted from your investment and covers amounts that have reduced the return on your
investment but are not charged directly to you as a fee. The Indirect costs of your investment include investment costs, performance
based fees (where payable), fees disclosed in the PDS that are not charged directly to you and the buy/sell costs of your underlying
investments.
$0.21

Other Fees of Your Investment

This approximate amount or amounts have been deducted from your investment and covers fees that are not reflected as
transactions on this statement. Note: Other fees may be reported by the type of fees charged.
$38.79

Direct Fees
This is the total amount of fees paid directly from your account. These are listed in the transaction history section.
$51.96

Total Fees You Paid

This approximate amount includes all the fees and costs which affected your investment during the period. This includes all direct
fees listed in the transaction history section, the approximation for Indirect costs of your investment and Other Fees of Your
Investment shown above. It does not include tax (if applicable). The total fees you paid are the total of all fees and costs disclosed
in the periodic statement.

Total fees and costs less any rebates applied to your account. $90.96

Additional Explanation of Fees and Costs

Administration Fees
Fees charged to cover the administration costs of the fund.

Fees
The fees detailed include any applicable GST amount and stamp duty and are net of Reduced Input Tax Credits (RITC) where
applicable.

Indirect Costs of Your Investment

Indirect costs of your investment show, as an approximate dollar value, your portion of the indirect costs of the investment options
you hold. They are deducted before, or are included in, the calculation of unit prices and/or crediting rates and do not get withdrawn
directly from your account.

Indirect costs of your investment include investment costs, performance based fees (where provided), fees disclosed in the PDS
that are not charged directly to you and the buy/sell costs of your underlying investments.

Investment costs are determined by multiplying your average account balance by the investment option’s indirect cost ratio (ICR).
The ICR is provided by the investment manager and represents the fund managers’ costs expressed as a percentage of its average
net assets.

Fee - Administration and Insurance Fee - Stamp Duty.

Explanatory Notes

Cap on Certain Fees

If your account balance is less than $6,000 at the end of the reporting period, the total combined amount of administration fees,
investment fees and indirect costs charged to you is capped at 3% of your account balance. Any amount charged in excess of
that cap will be refunded.

Closing Balance
Your closing balance is calculated as the total of your account balance as at the statement date, based on the transactions allocated
to your account and the investment valuations to that date. The amounts on which the information is based might change. Before
withdrawing from the fund, you should seek information about your withdrawal benefit that would be payable at that time.

Investment Earnings
Your investment earnings after relevant fees and taxes on investment income have been deducted, are shown under the heading
‘Your Account Summary’. The investment earnings of your account may be different to the fund’s published returns for each
investment option due to the timing and value of the transactions processed in your account.

Investment Information
The investment information table provides a summary of investments held in your portfolio. The total value of each investment is
calculated using the most recent unit price at the end of the period multiplied by units held. Total values change constantly and
the total value of your investments may have changed since the date of this statement.

Insurance Cover
If applicable, your insurance details reflect your benefit as at the statement date and are subject to change. For current insurance
benefit information, please contact the Member Services Team.

Opening Balance
The opening balance for this statement equals the closing balance from your last member statement.

Preserved Amount
Part or all of your benefit may be subject to the Government’s preservation requirements. Under these requirements, the amount
of your preserved benefit cannot be taken in cash until you satisfy a condition of release.

Non-Preserved Amounts
Your restricted non-preserved benefit is the amount available to be taken in cash once you have ceased employment with the
employer who made these contributions.

Your unrestricted non-preserved benefit is the amount of your benefit available to be taken in cash at any time (e.g. the cash portion
of benefits from previous employment).

Rounding Differences
We calculate the value of investments and income received to six decimal places. This statement displays resulting values to two
decimal places and may result in rounding differences.

Superannuation Surcharge
While surcharge tax was abolished in July 2005 we may still receive surcharge assessments from the ATO for prior financial years.
Any surcharge assessment and liabilities will be deducted from your account balance, where applicable.

Taxation
As Cruelty Free Super complies with requirements of the superannuation legislation, the net income derived by the fund, including
capital gains, is subject to tax at the rate of 15%.

This tax is taken into account in the calculation of investment earnings for accumulation accounts. No tax is payable on the
investment earnings of retirement phase pension account assets.

Other taxes apply to contributions and superannuation benefits (when benefits are paid in the form of a lump sum or pension to
you). Where applicable, benefit payments (partial lump sum payments or pension payments) are shown gross of any tax payable.
Your withdrawal benefit may be subject to benefits tax.

Tax File Numbers (TFN)

The Trustee is authorised under the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 to collect your TFN and will only use it for
lawful purposes. These purposes may change in the future as a result of legislative change. The Trustee may disclose your TFN to
another superannuation fund or provider when your benefit is being transferred, unless you have specifically instructed otherwise
in writing. It is not an offence not to quote your TFN, however if you do not provide your TFN to the Trustee, your contributions
and withdrawals may be taxed at a higher rate and the Trustee may not be able to accept some types of contributions, such as
personal contributions. Providing your TFN allows for easier matching and tracing of any lost superannuation accounts.
