Letter of Consent and Agreement

Terms and Conditions:

A. Candidates

1. Candidates must be responsible of giving true and correct information.

2. Candidates shall not put down any other candidate.
3. Candidates shall not use obscene, racial, discriminatory, and any other controversial
materials or any campaign materials.
4. Candidates are encouraged to campaign by their party list and not individually.
5. Candidates must avoid talking or having conversation with any of the COMSELEC
Officers.
6. Candidates who will not undergo the online orientation are not qualified to go with
their party list.
7. Candidates may use any campaign materials to promote Online Campaign with the
approval of the Office of Student Affairs.
8. Candidates are ONLY allowed to campaign on the Official Facebook Page of
COMSELEC Basic Ed. Department / Lyceum of Alabang Inc. recognized group
and page by sharing the Approved Poster during the campaign period.
9. Candidates are not allowed to post their campaign materials in any Social Media
Platform.
10. Candidates are not allowed to have a proxy or substitute during the online campaign
period.
11. Candidates will be expected to dress in appropriate school attire and address the
student body in a formal manner.

B. Lyceum of Alabang Inc. – Commission on Student Election is not responsible of the

following:

1. In any case of having false information. All information will be based on the
Certificate of Candidacy you will submit.
2. Any loss of campaign materials which will be posted in the page.
3. Attitude of the candidate towards another candidate.

Consent and Agreement

I, Mr. / Ms. /Mrs.____________________, parent/guardian of

______________________ from Grade _____ - Section ________, deeply understand and agree
to the Terms and Condition stated above. I am giving my fullest support to allow my
son/daughter to join and participate in the Senior High School – Supreme Student Government
Elections for School Year 2021-2022.

In regards to this, I am giving my consent to Lyceum of Alabang Inc. – Commission on

Student Election to use such information, post pictures, and videos on our Recognized Facebook
Groups and Pages for the election-campaign purposes. Republic Act 10173 – Data Privacy Act
of 2012.
