InHouse Repairs Employee Description


Awaiting customer equipment Isaac Follow up repairs 1 week after being logged. Request POD and follow up with warehouse/
electrical testing.
Admin check / Awaiting 3rd Party Gwyn Includes organising manual packing slip for 3rd Party Repairs (Commercial Invoice) & quoting for
Quotation 3rd Party repairs prior or after being sent.
Awaiting Return Reilyn Completing confirmations and returning equipment to customers.
Quotation & Awaiting PO Alex Quoting customer as per Technicians notes and time added in job (add in FREIGHT). Following up
on Purchase Orders one week after quotation sent.
Awaiting Parts Georgina Ordering and monitoring parts in workshop jobs. Making sure parts are ordered (MD04)
Awaiting 3rd Party PO Andrew A Follow up with 3rd party repairer for quotes over a week old with customer to get a PO and
Awaiting 3rd Party Repair creating the PO against the  3rd party repairer.
Awaiting Repair/Awaiting Final Tai
Inspection Via Resource Planner
Final QC failed Andrew A Follow up with 3rd party repairer & Tech - does it need to be returned?
Field Repairs
Administrator Check Alisha for Batch User.
All staff for their own
Making sure Field job is ready to be billed, obtain missing PO, check pricing etc - set to
Technically Complete for BATCH USER. Each team member are still in charge of their own logged
jobs.
Awaiting allocation Andrew M Via Resource Planner
Return Visit required Nick S & Matt Follow up on jobs at this status, re-assign if parts are required for return
Technically complete Alisha Billing field repairs
Awaiting Expenses Nick S & Matt Adding Technicians expenses to jobs
Chasing loans Isaac Following up 1 week after repair despatch
Confirmations Open / In Error Rebecca Making sure errors are fixed for weekly / EOM billing.
Investigate Disputes All Fiona, Dylan, Danielle, Gwyn, Rebecca & Andrew A
Jobs at Logged All All staff need to check incomplete Jobs and process to next step. Follow up with Customer, check
for duplication etc
