In continuation ofthis office letter cited under Ref.(2)., I am by direction, to inform you that 15
more days are given to the rest of the students those who have made excess examination fee payment in April
2020 & November 2020 examinations and failed to submit individual claim for refund within the stipulated
date i.e. 23.08.2021
In this regard, the students concerned may be directed to submit the individual claim to the
office of the Controller of Examinations on or before 25.10.2021 by adhering the following terms and
conditions:

1. Genuine individual requests along with prescribed filled-in format duly forwarded by the Principal
only be considered. The 'Refund Form' is attached herewith and also available in the University
Website www.msuniv.ac.in.
2. Incomplete Refund' format will be summarily rejected
3. The requisitions should reach the office of the Controller of Examinations on or before
25.10.2021.
4. If the requisitions are received after the last date, they will not be considered under any
circumstances.
5. The sanction of amount is subject to the genuine of the case and approval of the authorities.
6. The claim of excess amount will be refunded only after deducting processing charges.
7. The amount will be credited only into the Bank Account details submitted by the candidates.

The above may kindly be displayed in your College Notice Board and brought to the notice of
the students concerned
