by MCC of DGHS, New Delhi for admission to M.D.S Courses (2020-21)

Candidates who have been allotted through centralized counseling by the MCC of DGHS,
New Delhi for admission to M.D.S. Degree courses in Sree Balaji Dental College and
Hospital for the academic year 2020-21, are advised to report and complete the admission
process strictly within the date and time specified in the ‘Allotment Letter’ issued by the
MCC of DGHS.

A. Instructions for Physical Reporting:


• The candidates should report along with original certificates and Proof for
payment of Tuition fees preferably by Electronic Fund Transfer through
RTGS/NEFT.
Demand Draft will also be accepted ONLY for Physical Reporting.

The candidates should bring the following certificates/documents in Original (along with 2
sets of photocopies of the same without fail):-

I. Provisional Allotment letter issued by the MCC of DGHS, New Delhi.


II. Admit Card issued by NBE (should be complete in all respects including photos and
signature of candidate and Invigilator. Candidates with incomplete admit card will not
be permitted to proceed with the admission process).
III. Result/Rank Letter issued by NBE.
IV. Aadhaar Card (which will be returned after verification)
V. BDS Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate.
VI. BDS Internship Certificate.
VII. Permanent Dental Council Registration Certificate issued by DCI or any State Dental
Council.
VIII. BDS Mark Statements (First Year to Final Year).
IX. BDS Consolidated Statement of marks.
X. BDS Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate.
XI. BDS Conduct Certificate issued by the Head of Institution last studied.
XII. Six Passport size colour photographs (same as affixed in NEET Admit Card) and one
Passport size photograph of the candidate’s Father and Mother (and also of the local
guardian, if applicable).
XIII. Any two of the identification proofs (ID Proof as mentioned in the Information Bulletin
published by the National Board of Examinations. i.e., Aadhaar Card/ PAN Card/
Driving Licence/ Voter ID/ Passport).
XIV. Copy of National Academic Depository (NAD) Registration. www.nad.ndml.in

B. Instructions for Online Reporting:


• The candidates should fill up the Application Form given in the web site
www.sbdch.ac.in and attach the scanned copy of duly filled up Application
Form along with scanned copies of the documents from Sl.No ‘I to XIV’as
given above and send it to the E Mail Id :
admission@sbdch.bharathuniv.ac.in in pdf format as attachment.
• The candidate should pay the Tuition fee by Electronic Fund Transfer
through RTGS/NEFT ONLY as detailed below and furnish the Details, as
mentioned in the Application form.
• Demand Draft will NOT be accepted for Online mode of Reporting.
• Acknowledgement mail will be sent on receiving the E Mail.
• After due verification of all the documents, admit card will be generated and
sent by E Mail.
NOTE:
1. Allotment letter given by MCC-DGHS for admission is subject to fulfillment of all
eligibility criteria prescribed by the DCI and medical fitness of the candidate. Those
who do not fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria and not found medically fit will
not be admitted to the course of study to which they are allotted by the MCC-DGHS.
2. All the Documents mentioned from the S.No ‘ to XIV’ should be submitted in
original to the college at the time of physical Joining.
3. In the event of any information being found false or incorrect at any stage, your
candidature is liable to be cancelled and no claim can be made on the seat allotted to
you by the competent authority.

FEE DEDUCTION:

Amount of Fee to be deducted from Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only)
upgraded candidate by MCC of DGHS.
In all cases not covered under condition in Entire fee paid by the candidate will be
column above, the amount of fee payable deducted. In addition, the candidates shall
(where the seat is rendered vacant without be required to remit the `entire course fee’
having any chance of being filled up with for the remaining two years of the course
any other candidates) period. (Except those who produce
upgradation letter issued by the DGHS)
Time for Refund of amount, if any. In the event of candidate getting upgraded
to a different college in the 2nd round, the fee
collected shall be refunded after Deducting

Application form.

The candidates are instructed to follow-up the website www.mcc.nic.in regularly for the
notices/instructions issued by MCC of DGHS, Government of India, New Delhi.

General Instructions:

• If a candidate fails to report on the date and time specified by MCC of DGHS in the
allotment order along with the original Certificates/Documents and/or fails to pay
the tuition fee by Demand Draft/Electronic Fund Transfer through RTGS with UTR
No.
• If any candidate withdraws from the course of study in which he/she was admitted,
after the expiry of the cut-off date prescribed for admission to that course of study or
in mid-term and the seat is rendered vacant, the first year fee paid will be forfeited
and the student will also be required to remit the ‘entire course fee’ for the remaining
years of the course period.
• Students will be governed by all the University rules including rules for refund of
fee, disciplinary rules, hostel rules and UGC/DCI Regulations for Curbing the
Menace of Ragging etc.,
• At the time of admission, candidates should sign declaration/undertaking declaring
that they shall abide by the rules and regulation of the University including anti-
ragging Regulations of the UGC/DCI and observe good conduct and behaviour and
that they are bound by the University Rules on payment of fees/refund of fees.
