    Good day!

    With regards to the upcoming closing of accounts of our books and likewise the
    Reporting of Financial Statements in compliance with BIR regulations, the finance
    department would like to remind that the last day of liquidation of cash advances and
    reimbursement of expenses for the quarter ended September 30, 2021 will be on
    October 10, 2021. The finance team will highly appreciate the prompt submission and
    compliance of sales and services employees to ensure the validity of their expenses
    and granting of reimbursement of expenses.
