Before the ceremony formally started, the moderators commenced it by reconnecting and consulting the
various presidents of each organization, on how the last months had been for them. As the oath taking
started it was led by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and followed by the Invocation

elected president of the Central Student Government, led the welcoming remarks as Mr. Noelle T.

organizations' progress.
The success of each and every program provided by each organization is dependent not only on
the leader, but also on the members, who play a key role in a well-executed program. Students'
participation in each and every event is expected by the newly elected officers. A strategy would only be
