Title: Domination of Women in Entrepreneurial World:

Their Challenges and Discerned Benefits

Purpose To open the eyes and mind of every woman who wants to be an entrepreneur and to
give inspiration for them. To show their value and importance and what they can offer in the
entrepreneurial world, the benefits they can get and the challenges they might face

Introduction

Eleanor Roosevelt once said. "A woman is like a tea bag - you can't tell how strong
she is until you put her in a hot water."

Female entrepreneurs are the fastest growing type of entrepreneur in the world, and
they have piqued the interest of many academics, particularly in recent years. According
to the emerging literature, women can make a significant contribution to entrepreneurial
activity (Noguera et al., 2013) and economic development (Kelley et al., 2017;
Hechevarra et al., 2019) in terms of job creation and GDP growth (Bahmani-Oskooee et
al., 2013; Ayogu and Agu, 2015), with positive effects on poverty and social exclusion
(Langowitz and Minniti, 2007; Rae, 2015). However, the percentage of women who
choose to pursue an entrepreneurial career is lower than that of men (Elam et al.,
2019), and this disparity grows as the country's level of development rises (Coduras and
Autio, 2013).

Conclusion
It was not easy for women entrepreneurs to succeed in business. They had to face a
lot of challenges, financial difficulties, gender discrimination to become successful in
their ventures. They had to deal with discrimination, endure the skepticism of society,
and also exert more effort than men entrepreneurs to prove their worth to others. But
despite all of these their discerned benefits says it all. From one branch to 60 branches.
From a start-up business to most recognizable one.

In order for these women to overcome those challenges they didn't gave up easily,
their persistency leads them to success.
