methodology unique to Wipro)?
If so, what products or procedures?

The Wipro products/ procedured which we will be using are :

Explain how your experience and/or training with Wipro offshore (in India or another
country outside the United States) is crucial to and qualifies you to undertake the project
in the United States?

In my stint with Wipro, I have gained experience in Business Process Mapping and
Analysis (with the Equant project). The processes for this Telecom client were mapped,
analyzed and simulated using the Aris Modeler. Also, I have come up with the Business
Rule Management Framework for Wipro in the BPM space. This framework was also
customized for a leading insurance client, Aviva. I have also completed a Six Sigma
project titled “Knowledge Retention in BSCUP” using the DMADIV framework of Six
Sigma. I have also completed my PGDBM program from Symbiosis Institute of
Business Management which has given me knowledge about how an organizations
business runs and how the business processes of an organization can be analyzed
which would help me undertake this project in the United States.

Explain how your knowledge of Wipro procedures, tools and reusable components is
distinguished from knowledge generally held within the industry

How many other persons within Wipro have the same knowledge/expertise as you?
10

Please provide a precise number and describe specifically the nature of the expertise.

My expertise is in the Business Process Management/ Business Process

Reengineering area. This deals with understanding the clients business processes,
mapping them, analyzing them and then simulating them to understands bottlenecks/
gaps in the process. It also deals with new (To-Be) process design for the organization.
Thus, this encompasses establishing a baseline architecture for the organization.

How is your expertise uncommon, noteworthy or distinguished by some unusual

quality not generally known by practitioners in the field? Please be specific and
detailed.

I am working as a Business Consultant in the Business Process Management team.

This requires a good blend of understanding business, domain and technology. My
previous experience in Wipro has given me this exposure. In the Alcatel project, I have
been involved with designing parameters for measuring the performance of the Base
station controller (BSC) and thus ensuring that the BSC meets the QoS for the product.
I have executed the Business Process Analysis project for Equant using the Aris
Modeler. In this project, I have analyzed and simulated Equants processes and
suggested improvements. My Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management
(PGDBM ) program through the Wipro-Symbiosis partnership has helped me in gaining
a good understanding of an organization’s business.

How is your expertise critical to WIPRO’s proprietary interests and/or critical to its
competitiveness in the marketplace? Be specific and detailed and give examples of
your past contributions to Wipro’s projects.

Wipro, after establishing a strong foothold in the execution line is now venturing in the
consulting space to be in even the higher levels of the value chain like the big consulting
companies. Our group is into Business Consulting in the Business Process
Management area which is a very niche area. My expertise will thus help Wipro grow
