POLICY AND INSTRUCTION FOR LEAVE REQUEST

1. Returning officer request for leave request should have a reasonable motive of
applying for leave request.

2. Experience has shown that vacations and short period of rest from duty, as well as
authorized absence to absence to attend to emergency situation at home. Therefore, every soldier
who either eligible for leave are not authorized to request for leave by themselves.

3. Returning officer applying for leave of request will be able to receive some amount of money
leave bonuses and this will be claim by his/her beneficiary

. 4. Short period of leave can be requested for a soldier by his or her spouse, Family
immediate or extended with genuine reasons

5. Applicants can only apply for an officer, Only if applicant is registered as an family
member, Friend and spouse

6. All solider leaving the camp on a family of spouse request should have a liberty pass
card shall surface to identify a service number on authorized absence not classified as leave.

7. Paid leave should be only granted to soldier who eligible for leave, unpaid leave to the
non-eligible soldier under any kind of conditions

8. Returning officer will be liable to leave to his designed country to 72hours after all
processing is completed.

9. All due protocols must be observed by an family, Friends and spouse requesting leave
must pay all the necessary charges duty and processing accordingly

10. The secrecy of all military transactions should be upheld at all times, every transaction
will be made through bitcoin

11. Eligibility is a condition for the payment of all the entitled bonuses.

Note: Due to protocols all transaction within the camp must be made anonymously
