Respected Madame:

Greetings of goodwill!

I would like to request for the conduct of Grade 1 Parent’s Orientation and at the same time a
Distribution of Modules for my Grade 1-Opo parents on September 9,2021 at exactly 1:00 P.M.
to 3:00 A.M.

In connection with this matter, I am asking for your consideration to hold the said orientation in
TCES covered court because this venue is an open air and ensures the physical health of the
attendees which suited for this kind of activity, due to the threat of COVID-19. We also assure
you from your good office that we are going to follow the recommended proper Health
Protocols issued by the IATF, such as wearing of a mask is a must for the entire orientation,
social distancing will be observed all the time and we also made schedule the number of
parents to participate in the said orientation, minimum of 15 to maximum of 30 person.

I am humbly anticipating your approval for the success of the objectives of Grade 1 Parent’s
Orientation Program.
