Grilling Guidelines
1. To prevent drying, food must be coated in oil/fat.
2. Preheat grill to red hot.
3. Reduce heat after initially placing food on grill.
4. Vary cooking time depending on type of food, thickness and quality.
5. Turn food frequently.
6. Avoid pricking surface of food, as it may result in loss of nutrients.

The word ‘Important” is supposed to have the outline character but I don’t have that on my word.
