Introduction
This document provides a listing of all spares items that can be ordered for maintenance or
repair of your T4, T6, TB4 and TB6 applicator.

The illustration shows M230i-T4-R and M230i-TB4-R. All other T4/T6 and TB4/TB6 versions (in-
cluding L = Left and R = Right) are similar when it comes to the main parts included.
The following tools may be required when replacing parts:

Hex key set (1.5, 2, 2.5,3, 4, 5 and 6mm) Source Locally

Side cutting pliers Source Locally

Open jaw spanner set (8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 20 and 24mm) Source Locally

Electronics screwdriver set, flat and Philips Source Locally

Metric nut spinners (5.5 mm) Source Locally

Outside circlip pliers (5mm) Source Locally

Spares levels
Level 1 - Basic wear and tear items which customers could hold on site plus consumable
items.
Level 2 - Main critical items to the operation of the applicator which could be replaced by a
fully trained customer.
Level 3 - Any other items not included in the above. These would be held by Domino/
Mectec trained engineer only.

Wear and tear parts

We recommend that the following wear and tear parts are used for preventative maintenance.
Replacement intervals will vary according to application type.
