What is the offer?

• As a part of YES Bank Credit Cards Festive Offer all successful retail transactions done by
valid YES BANK Credit Cardmembers during the offer period (1st Oct 2021 to 15th Nov
2021) will qualify for the below mentioned Top Spender Campaigns. Under the offer
cardmembers can win exciting rewards on their Net Retail Spends* achieved during the
offer period.
• Following are the 4 Top Spender Campaign types:
1. Hourly Top Spender Campaign
2. Daily Top Spender Campaign
3. Weekly Top Spender Campaign
4. Festive Top Spender Campaign
*Net Retail Spends will include all spends done at Point of Sale, Online (Either Domestic or International)
and will not include cash, fuel, house rent, or insurance spends done on YES BANK Credit Card.

• A Cardmember can be a winner only once during the Campaign Period and for any one
of the Campaign types.
• If the cardmember is a winner for multiple campaign types, he/she will only qualify for
the most rewarding option. (Eg. If someone is a winner for both Weekly and Daily
campaign, he/she will be rewarded only under the Weekly campaign type).
• Offer Period: 1st Oct 2021 to 15th Nov 2021 (Both days included).
• Canceled/ Reversed/ Disputed/ Void transactions will not be considered for determining
the top spender.
• Gifts are non-transferable and non-encashable.
• In case of multiple cardmembers with the same top spends for an offer period, cardmember
with highest spends during the Overall Campaign Period will be intimated as the winner.
In case if they also have the same spends during the Overall Campaign Period, the
Cardmember who have done the aggregate amount at the earliest during the campaign
period will be intimated as winner. Decision of the Bank with regards to the same shall be
final and binding on the cardmembers.

• All the models/products being referred to the winners are subject to availability at the time
of fulfillment. In case of product being not available winners will be rewarded with a
similar product/model.
Who is eligible for the offer?
• Offer is applicable for valid YES BANK Premia/ Prosperity/ Wellness/ Wellness+ Credit
Cardmembers only (Not valid on Corporate/Commercial cardmembers).
• Offer shall be valid during the Offer Period only.
• YES BANK reserves the right to determine the eligibility of a Cardmember under the Offer
during the Offer period
• Spends done by Add on Cardmembers/ Transactions will also be considered while
determining the eligible cardmembers
• All add-on Credit Cards issued along with a primary YES BANK Credit Card will
constitute a single YES BANK Credit Card Account

Winner announcement and Gratification

• Winners shall be communicated by 31st Dec, 2021 through Email/SMS
• Winners will receive their eligible gratification on or before 31st Jan 2022.
o Flipkart e-vouchers would be shared through customer’s registered Email ID &
Mobile no.
o All other gratification will be sent at customer’s registered address

Other Terms and Conditions

• For the purpose of eligibility calculation, spends/transactions will be calculated net of any
disputed transaction, sales reversals or credits and will not include cash, fuel or insurance
spends done on the Credit Card during the offer period.
• Void Transactions shall not be considered as a valid transaction for the purpose of the Offer
calculation
• If a Cardmember ceases to be a Cardmember, at any time during the Offer Period, the Offer
shall lapse and shall no more be available to such Cardmember
• YES BANK shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that
may arise out of the use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the
Cardmember/s under the Offer
• YES BANK reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any merchant establishment or
Cardmember from the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for
the purpose of availing the Offer or otherwise by use of the Card
• No queries shall be entertained after 90 days from the closure date of the Offer Period. The
existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall in no event constitute a claim against
YES BANK
• The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the
participation by the Cardmember/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary
basis
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of
Mumbai
