1. management is a group whose objective is to administrate and guarantee that day-to-
day operations run smoothly. Meanwhile, leadership is a gift that not everyone
possesses, as it has a goal for everyone and not just himself. Leadership has the ability
to transform people's lives by inspiring and encouraging them to believe in his goals and
vision for the greater good. Management creates and implements policies and
procedures for subordinates to follow, whereas leadership envisions a brighter future by
bringing everyone together to create norms that are agreed upon and objectively carried
out.
2. The organizational structure is significant because it sets the information flows or
activities that include the tasks and responsibilities of the workers. Furthermore, it
provides advise to all workers by generating the formal reports that control the
company's procedure. Furthermore, organizational structure speeds up project
completion by correctly assigning and organizing individual activities.
