My name is Alain Gonzalez. I’m not a bodybuilder. I’m not a pro-athlete. In fact, the only thing
I consider myself an expert in is helping “normal” guys build a great looking, high performing
body as fast and effectively as humanly possible...
For as long as I can remember, I wanted to build a body I was proud of.
The kind of body that’s strong, masculine, and good-looking, with muscle in the right places
and six pack abs.
But for most of my life, building that kind of body seemed almost impossible.

For most of my late teens and twenties, I was the “skinny, weak kid.” It was impossible for me to build
muscle, gain strength, and get the chiseled “X-shaped” physique I wanted.
I had zero self confidence. I was worried about how skinny I looked with my shirt off. I was worried about
how weak I would look if I actually went into the gym and tried to work out with others.
In sports, I was always pushed around and dominated by the bigger, stronger guys.
And I hated it.
The worst part?
It seemed like there wasn’t a damn thing I could do about it.
Up through college and my mid-twenties, the problem persisted.

Over the course of about five years, I had tried every diet and workout program in existence and
had bought every pill and powder the supplement companies could sell.
After trying all the workouts from mainstream bodybuilding and fitness magazines and
websites, dropping thousands of dollars on supplements, and spending all of my “free” time
working out… all I managed to do was gain 20 pounds of fat that I had thought would be
muscle.
I was working out 5-6 times per week, skipping out on social events and time with friends and
family so I wouldn’t ruin my “diet”, and constantly reading fitness articles and books, hoping to
find that one "secret" or "tip" I was missing out on...
I was even embarrassed to workout in front of other people because I was so weak so I’d sneak
into the weight room late at night to train by myself.
And after all that hard work, all that dedication, I still couldn’t build the body I wanted.
It seemed like I had tried everything, and no matter what I did, I struggled to gain strength, I
struggled to build muscle, I struggled to get that lean, chiseled look I wanted, and I was still
trapped inside a body I didn’t like.
Truthfully, I was almost ready to give up on my hopes of transforming my body…

Then, almost by accident, I stumbled on an “underground” method that was proven to pack on
muscle, build superhuman strength, and flawless function. At a hardcore gym in New York, I
spent three days learning from one of the most sought-after strength coaches in the world,
known for taking guys with crappy genetics and soft, weak bodies and turning them into jacked,
powerful warriors.

Despite being a personal trainer and helping hundreds of clients, that weekend, it was like my
eyes were opened to a whole new style of training. An approach that was fun and ridiculously
effective, even for genetically average guys who’ve tried everything without success.
On the flight home, I started sketching out new ideas and strategies for my workouts. I knew I
had learned things that would change the way I train forever. I threw out everything I “thought”
I knew about weightlifting and went back to the drawing board.
The next few years were dedicated to researching and testing methods for improving aesthetics
and athleticism at the same time, and through a lot of trial and error, I discovered a system that
made building a great looking, high performing body not only possible, but simple. I applied
these methods to my own training, and I was BLOWN AWAY by the results. In just a few short
months, I had become stronger, leaner, fitter - and yes, even more “aesthetic” than ever before.

The truth is that most mainstream fitness resources show you all of the different and intense
